To make a long story short, I believe I have a dead motherboard on my hands.
It's an Asus K8N-E. This is the second Asus board (same model too) that I've had die on me in the past year in the same computer.
When I boot it up, all of the fans spin up, drives and everything, but nothing posts, and I get NO beeps from the motherboard. I've unhooked everything from the board, swapped out the RAM, PSU, and Video Card. No expansion cards installed to remove. I don't have another processor to test with it
If the processor were dead, and the motherboard wasn't, I should still get beeps from the motherboard, correct?
