To make a long story short, I believe I have a dead motherboard on my hands.

It's an Asus K8N-E. This is the second Asus board (same model too) that I've had die on me in the past year in the same computer.

When I boot it up, all of the fans spin up, drives and everything, but nothing posts, and I get NO beeps from the motherboard. I've unhooked everything from the board, swapped out the RAM, PSU, and Video Card. No expansion cards installed to remove. I don't have another processor to test with it :(

If the processor were dead, and the motherboard wasn't, I should still get beeps from the motherboard, correct?

Do you have a case speaker, and is it hooked up to the board? If not, you won't get any beeps. My newer case doesn't even have one.

True; also, you wouldn't get any beeps, unless you try to POST without a processor or RAM.

There is a case speaker, and it connected. I removed the RAM last night and tried to boot and still received no beeps.

Agreed. I thought Asus was a respectable brand. I'll think again before I buy another one of their products.

I've lost two motherboards and two video cards to them. This one isn't even 6 months old.
