Need compact action camera for mounting on bicycle

Hello - I’m soliciting suggestions for an action camera that I can mount to my bike to help troubleshoot various issues.

Ideally, I want to spend less than $100.

Why?

• Doesn't require an app. I can film using the onboard LCD
• $84 brand new
