I need a TV tuner card for my system. I am looking to spend around $20 or so. I have seen tuner cards for even less some time ago but I don't know if they are any good. I've seen ATI TV wonder VE for around $40 on pricewatch, and as much as I like ATI it is more then I am looking to spend.
I am looking for a decent tuner that can display good mages and tune more or less quickly (about a second or so). I would also like to have the ability to view or preview more then one chanel at once but that might be to expencive. What I do want is to have TV capture capabilities up-to 640x480 resolution or higher.
I don't need a new card, just one that works well and I would definetly prefer an old TV wonder if it can be found that cheep.
