Absolutely the worst outfit on the market. Their support is HORRIBLE and their support representatives hang up on you when they can't resolve an issue they admit is on their end.

MagicJack? I've never used them, and reports are mixed, but if it works for you, it doesn't get much cheaper. It's worth the gamble imo.

If you think their customer service is bad, then you haven't tried Magic Jack... I have Magic Jack and it works most the time, but overall sucks. Ooma is my next try.
