Okay this is for the cable router plus keyrate increase,
what do you guys recommend for a mobo that all it needs is:

2 PCI and 1 ISA slot (or 0 ISA if it has onboard lan)
some sort of IDE support
and supports durons.
maybe an AGP slot if I made this into a cheap gaming system for minilans, although I do have a pci TNT 1 card (woooo).

Make it AT and I will be in heaven.

cheaper is better.

try a pcchips board.

lots of people swear by them, lots of people curse them. i've had good luck with them for building inexpensive, task-specific machines.
example: my old NAT box/mp3 stereo was a pcchips socket-7 board. onboard sound, video, and ran a p166@200.

example 2: current file-server. k6-2 300@350. also a pcchips board. onboard sound, video, 10/100 nic, and modem. great luck with it.

some people have really bad luck with pcchips boards too, so who knows.
