Looking for the best sub $50 pic-e video card need to have openGL support
what one would you suggest?

not much... maybe a few games but mostly for flash and browsing.

I havent a clue as to why you would want to wait for DX10 -- but the X300 or 6200 are really the only ones in the price range.

Neither one is spectacular at anything -- so it's really personal preference.

It's possible to get gimp x550s and 7300s at that price though.
