Need cheap matx mobo for Emachines T3958

The mobo in it originally I believe is a Intel D845GVSR T3 which is socket 478. The cpu is a Celeron D 340 2.93ghz. Can anyone suggest a dirt cheap mobo just to get it up and running again?

Note that the P4VM890 does not have an AGP slot. It has a PCI Express x16 slot for graphics (and the crappy VIA UniChrome Pro IGP as well). I've purchased from GearXS before a few times with no complaints. YMMV
