need cheap dual monitor card (not for gaming)

I need a dual monitor card (both vga for now, though I'm sure I'll get an lcd within the next couple years and want to use dvi) mostly for video editing and photoshop work.

My new mobo has agp and pci express (i'm hearing that pci express is DEFINITELY the way to go).

If possible I'd like to keep it under 100 bucks.

S-Video out would be nice but not nessecary.

I see a ton of them that fit these qualifications on newegg, but know nothing about how to determine quality. Any suggestions?

This should work for you. It has one DVI and one VGA and it come with a DVI to VGA converter.

I second that. It has everything you want and its absolutley silent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

also the great great picture quality in video.....also the video transcoder is stunningly fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! great if your going to convert or edit lots of video!
