Need cheap CAS 2 RAM recommendation for Opteron 144 build

I need cheap ram for a new Opteron 144 build (2 x 512mb)

Criteria:
1) Able to do CAS 2.
2) Able to do 1T cmd.
3) $100 or less.
4) Does not need to overclock above PC3200 speeds.

I looked at Corsair, but lots of people said in the product reviews on newegg.com that this ram will not run at cas 2 in an Athlon 64 system.

Also, if you guys think CAS 2 doesn't matter much for speed in games, recommend me some CAS 2.5.

Links to products would be helpful also.

THANKS GUYS.

It is true that a CL of 2.5 will not be noticeable over a CL of 2 in games, so you can easily go with the cheaper RAM IMO... If you do want 1 gig of dirt cheap CL2 RAM, pick these G.Skills... These PQI Turbo's are very good as well, and a real bargain after a $ 20 Mail-In Rebate...

After looking at anandtech's benchmarks comparing generic ram and PDP in the X2 artical, I've decided that the Corsair VS for $80 shipped was just fine for me.

Newegg's cheapest 2x512 Cas 2.5 is Buffalo, which sells for $66! That's cheap. And honestly, it probably works just as good as the VS. However, I was willing to pay $10 more for the Corsair just because they sell a lot more RAM and $76 is still considerably cheaper than $100 for the XMS.
