Need cheap and quiet cooling for Athlon XP 2600

I don't want to spend very much on it. Is an SVC GC69/Panaflo L1A good enough? I want quiet. I don't plan on overclocking. Cheaper is better.

I put this on my 2600+ Barton that I got at Frys, bought it for 19.99, turned the fan down to 1300rpm and forgot about it, my temps have never gotten above 48 degrees...something to think about as I can't even hear it.
