Need cheap AM3 board

I need a cheap AM3 board since my MSI 785GM-P45 went up in smoke today. The only reason why I want it to be cheaper is that I would like to upgrade to Bulldozer (will be buying 9xx series board once out for Bulldozer) once it comes out. This computer will be moved over to upgrade my WHS box. The only things I require are the following:

* Must unlock cores (my 555 unlocks to a quad core)
* Must support DDR3

My Antec TruePower Trio developed a ground issue and took a dump. I picked up a new power supply to put in it. After hooking everything up and powering on, I saw a bright yellow flash from the back of my case. I shut the power off and found burnt sections of the motherboard just to the left of the CPU.

It sounds like it is not the motherboard's fault.

I'm not faulting the motherboard, I just am looking for a cheap replacement.

This is the cheapest motherboard that meets all the requirements but to use Bulldozer is most probably unlikely as BIOS updates may not be available for low end boards. There is also no confirmation that Bulldozer will work on every AM3 boards.

I guess I should have clarified in the first post that the cheap motherboard I want will not be used with the Bulldozer CPU I will be buying.
