Need cheap AM2/PCI-E MB

I need a cheap but reliable motherboard that has an AM2 socket, PCI-E slot, and on-board audio. Onboard video doesn't matter since I here it performs poorly. this is just for gaming on WinXP and I don't really O/C (at least I wont at first). Low price is #1 priority.

this board has decent onboard audio: Realtek ALC888
sounds good so far on the one i got last week.
