need cell plan [mostly for text]

I'm looking for a cell plan that is CHEAP for virtually no talking, but some text messaging.
Very low monthly as i don't always use phone at all.

Any hot tips?

The sidekick plan with tmobile is $30/month, unlimited data/text/im, but doesnt include any phone minutes. You pay extra for that. Next best bet is getting a $30 plan (usually the cheapest plan most carriers have) and get unlimited text for $10 or so depending on the carrier. Also look into Sprint SERO. I dont think it includes text, but 500 min, free n/w, free data, and unlimited text shouldnt cost you more than $40/month.

If you don't plan to to talk i would say the Sidekick route as that phone was specifically made for texting and its so effortless to use for texting.

My SERO plan included text. 500 anytime/unlimited data/unlimited text/unlimited minutes after7pm for $30
