It won't be trouble free, but if it's in good shape and has a history of excellent maintenance, it shouldn't be bad. If you're not sure, take it to a mechanic. I didn't look up the "value" on Edmunds, but it seems about right for that car.

Hmmm .... mileage seems kinda high, unless the car is immaculate.

does it comes with leather seat? how's the condition fo the engine cuz mileage doesnt really speak for it ... try asking for $500 less cuz you might need to change the timing belt, water pump, engine oil, transmission fluid, flush the radiator and maybe replace the CV-boot or axle. Oh, the exhaust and muffler might need to be replace too .. sooon.
