Need Budget PCI-E advice...

I'm going to be building a system for a friend who's on a budget. Socket 754 XP3000+, 1gb (2x512mb) ram on a DFI pci-e mb. So far I've narrowed down the video card choices to 7300LE or PCX 5750. Which one of these is better - they're within $1 of each other. Any other budget pci-e suggestions? The owner won't be doing any 3D gaming but needs good picture quality, and may possibly go with an LCD monitor and/or Vista in the future. Thanks🙂
