i bought a KR7A, i got it today but i have tried everything to get it to work. at first when i connected everything the D-14 little would come on, so i knew the motherboard was getting power but when i hit the button on to turn the puter on it did nothing. i then took everything apart and assembled it again outside of the case. this time i got power and i could enter the bios only a few times i changed some settings the first couple of times but when i restarted the computer it locked up. i then entered the bios and left the settings alone just to check, and when i restarted it still locked up. now i can't even get the thing to go back to the bios. i have reset the Bios MANY times, only installed one DIMM, processor and video card and still nothing. i want to throw the damn thing but i know that will solve nothing LOL. can anyone help.

I had the same problems. What you need to do is install the RAM very, very hard. I have 4 x 256MB Crucial 2100 on mine.

we tried to do that, i put tons of pressure on it and i even took the little clips off from the 4th slot to see if that would help cause of the issue with the ram not going down all the way and still nothing, i think it might be a prob with the Ram company or quality or maybe the processor itself. all i know is it's pisssing me off!!

Try putting the memory in different slots. Also, take out all your PCI cards except the video and try booting up. I bet you its a PCI Slot that you are using thats giving you a problem.
