Need best WIRELESS gaming router or router..

Ok.. So here we go. I live about 2 floors above my router. Can't move the router nor can you move my computer. Its an old, crappy Netgear MR814v2.. My wireless card is a Belkin 54MB.
My connections are fine. I download fine. I play games fine, but when I play games with AIM or XFire running... BAM! Everything but the game disconnects. It is like my bandwith is just going straight towards that game and forgets about supplying internet to the other programs.

Please suggest best wireless router with the BEST bandwith regulation. Please help.. I am about to kill the internet! 😛

well, you can now. you just gotta get yourself a good wireless setup. i get 100% connectivity from my wireless card to my router from 40ft away. I'm using both the netgear rangemax router and the pci adapter. They work great together. I still get lower ping then 90% of the players I meet in game.

I use a Linksys WRT54G v1.0 and a linksys wireless pci card. Works just like any ethernet connected computer when playing FPS games..
