need benchmarking help for COD-2 and BF-2?

How do you benchmark COD 2 and BF 2?

I want to record my own gameplay, u know that earlier part of it where the russians are ambushed by the Germans, my frames go the lowest in that part.

If there are pre-recorded demo's, please provide a link so i can download.

You can record your own demo by pressing the ~ key to bring up the console, and type:

/record <filename> (give it whatever filename you wish)

This will begin recording.

When you want to stop recording, type:

/stoprecord

To playback your demo, type:

/demo <filename> (whatever filename you gave the recording).

Thats about it.
