Need Basic GigE Switch for production environment

I'm putting together a budget production hosting setup for a website. Servers are getting hosted at my workplace (a datacenter).

I have a few vmware servers (1 production, 1 backup production, 1 dev/staging/test).

I want to get a basic gigE switch to connect their private network.

I'll actually get 2 or 3 to have some backups. This way if 1 fails it's easy to put another inline.

Would this be ok? I don't need it to be managed or anything.

I've heard good things about those switches. As long as you don't need to rack mount it, two of those are pretty cheap compared to typical Data center switches.

I figured it'd be cheaper to just buy 2 and if one fails trash it and use the backup.

If this webapp grows out of these switches, then it's getting enough activity to merit the purchase of better equipment anyway.
