Need Bandwith Monitoring Program

Ok, I have tried DU Meter and it is fine. But I need one based on something a lil more in depth. I need a program to monitor the bandwith on a win2k server based on port #. Here's the deal. My friend hosts his bad website www.melonballs.com Check it out, its gay. Anyways, I need to set up a CS server to run on port 27015. I need a program that will only monitor that bandwith, so I get charged accordingly only for that part of the server. Any suggestions?
 
That would be really difficult without spending a lot of money on specialty products. I'll check around for you though.
