need baldur's gate 2 sound help

I'm going back to some Baldur's Gate 2. Whenever someone speaks though, it sounds choppy and scratchy and slow. If anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated, request any info and I should be able to get it.

Head to Bioware, and in the support area you will find a tool that grabs all system info, then email that file to support@bioware.com. They will contact you quickly with directions.
