Need backgammon tutorial/game/learning aid

I'm looking for either a backgammon tutorial, or some kind of free online flash type game.

I just learned how to play it a few days ago (bite me, OK?) and have come to the conclusion that I suck at even the most basic of strategy games. I need help.
