Need backgammon tutorial/game/learning aid

I'm looking for either a backgammon tutorial, or some kind of free online flash type game.

I just learned how to play it a few days ago (bite me, OK?) and have come to the conclusion that I suck at even the most basic of strategy games. 😱 I need help.

Ideas?

Hey man, I'm playing Oblivion, FEAR and BF2 on my PC these days...I'm not old...well, not REAL old. My hand-eye coordination is still rockin'. I kicked the ass of the original Space Invaders, you know. 😀
