iwill ka266 uses the ali magik1 chipset (not a very good choice)
iwill has some new ddr boards coming out but i dont know much about them
the epox 8k7a is a great ddr board
so is the gigabyte 7dx (both use the amd 760 chipset)
soon to come out will be new boards based on the nvidia nforce and sis 735 both of those chipsets look like they will totally dominate the current stuff.
I have the Iwill KA266 and the Epox 8k7a. So far the Epox has been nothing but trouble. My USB network cards do not work at all and if I have anything plugged into the parallel port the computer won't boot at all. There have been several people with the same problems so I know it's not just me. The Iwill is not all that bad, but has it's flaws as well. Overall, both boards seem to be very stable.
I only know about Epox, but you can change FSB in BioS...not others. For voltages, and multiplier, you do that thru jumpers. Which aren't that much of hassel AT ALL, unless you change them everyday or something.
