You guys probably get this alot but I need some help buring some avi files. One of my optical drives says its dvd r/rw and dvd+rw. Which disk is best for burning avi files to? I want to be able to play the files on dvd players. The files are DivX coded and they're audio is coded in MPEG layer-3 and they are 4.09 gigs in all. I have some NTI cd and dvd maker software but I don't know If it will get the job done. So, are there any better burning software that I could use? Thanks

Use a program called WinAVI video converter, it works very well . It will transver the files from AVI, DVIX WMP, MPEG, ETC over to DVD or other formats like WMF, RM , ETC and then to be burned and then played on DVD player.

Once you have the files converted you can then run them through DVD shrink if needed and burn them with Nero.
