Add/Remove programs, pick AutoCadd and uninstall. Next goto www.bentley.com and get a copy of Microstation. :)

Draw your drawing at scale, when you print you need to scale your print to fit within those print boundaries.

One approach would be to just make your drawings in model space, then scale it accordingly for paper size and orientation using the Plot Settings tab in the Plot dialog box.

I don't know what the "48" means, but A2 size paper is 420x594 mm and A3 size is 297x420 mm. Like rahvin said, make your drawing full-size, then scale it down when it's time to print so it fits on the paper size you want. What are you drawing?

Amish, I'm with rahvin. MicroStation 0wnz j00! ;)
