Can anyone help me out? I know wrong forum but most people look here. I lost the original cd and you can't find drivers for the card anywhere online, only updates. Someone please help me out.

Thanks.

Hey, I can't control that. If you have any other PCI cards in the PC remove them ALL except the sound card and try again.

Ya I dont' I'll just stick with onboard the MSI Neo4 plat sli that I have has 24bit sb onboard anyways good enough. Thanks for all the help.

what do you mean you cant get the drivers from creatives site? ive gotten teh audigy 1 drivers from there for years, saves me from having to weed through all that crap the CD installs

creative labs are scumbags like that.. they charge $20 + S&H for a replacement drivers cd.. (trust me, i lost mine)

there IS a place online that offers them, though.. let me see if I can dig them up

Creative Labs is the only company I know of that requires you to have the original driver CD in order to update your drivers. It's a major pain in the butt when you want to install/update drivers and can't find your CD.

Have you checked on driverguide.com?

I used to use it and usually found what I was looking for there.

Never had to use the original driver CD to update my SB Audigy 2 ZS. Updated a month ago just fine
