Thanks for the vote! I usually do the mile. I think by the end of this coming school year I will be able to get around 4:50 because I am at 5 mins right now. I am not good at the 800 but my coaches had me run it for the state meet on the 4x8 team. I ran like 2:15 :disgust:

voted because you run track. :) I ran track in HS. Mostly the 800; ran a 2:02. Though XC was definitely the best season.
