Need at least 3G on a P4 motherboard -- HELP!

I need to have at least 3G of RAM on a P4-2.4. I bought a motherboard that has 3 DIMM slots and claims to support 3G of _unbuffered_ DDR memory. However, I have not been able to find a 1G module of _unbuffered_ DDR anywhere. All the modules are buffered and I could not find a P4 motherboard that takes registered DDR chips. (I am running a bank of AMD MP machines w/ registered DDR). Does anyone know of either:
1. A source for unbuffered 1G DDR 2100 modules
2. A motherboard that has either
a. More than 3 memory slots or
b. Takes registered memory?

This is a critical issue for me since we had to have started a simulation on the new machine yesterday!

If you need that much ram then you better get a RDRAM .
