I have windows xp operating system. I pluged in a USB flash card, the screen changed to configuring the system, then it shut off, restarted its self. A screen comes up saying press esc for set up, f12 and f2 for something (can't remember for what, this computer is at work, there is no tech support)? When I press one of these the screen changes to external cache 256k installed with a underscore flashing (for ever) can't get past this.
I tried to press f8 to boot in safe mode but this does not seem to work?
