I need assistance with creating Go-Codes, what is the correct way to make a team wait at the doors until they hear you say the Go command ?

I'm have problems with having team BRAVO remaining at the door until I give the go command :)

Thanks TP

I don't have Raven Shield, but my mates at Aggression (alt.games.rainbow-six and link in sig) can help you out.

Select teams hotkey, then hold space bar pointing towards the ground NEAR the door. then go back to current position and hit bravo hotkey to go go go! simple.

Ok, heres a better explanation:

I was hoping that someone could give me some assistance on setting up *Go-Codes* as I'm little confused in properly setting them up.

What I'm having trouble with is properly planning my team (Red)
and the Bravo team (Green) to enter a room at the same time to rescue hostages.

Heres what I have done so far, I have both the RED and GREEN teams just outside of a room with hostages and both of our
faded msessages are on (WAIT for ALPHA and WAIT for BRAVO)

so when I hit the "K" key for team Bravo they go in but when I hit the "J" key my squad just stays there unless I hit the door-open command and go charging in there first.

It doesn't seem quite right...

also what does the *Go-Code* for Zulu do and how I implement it? is it done in the game when its going or what or in the planning phase??? sorry for my confusion

TIA

only YOU control YOUR team

example:

you and your team on alpha code at one door
second team at bravo code on other door

alpha code is unnecessary, YOU are the leader, the team follows YOU (they do not follow codes, the leader follows the code and the team follows the leader; you being the leader AND planner should not need a gocode for a team at the point you plan to lead it, except for consistency with the rest of your plan/teams)

second team follows their LEADER at gocode bravo, so the whole team moves with the leader, not with the go code

and, for efficiency sake...if two teams are storming the same room at the same time, they should both be on the same go code. that way if youre heading a third team elsewhere enroute to a code point, or are waiting for the other teams for backup, you can hit ONE go code and both teams will execute at the exact same time

that help?
