Need answers- on outlook 98 or 2k importing schedule plus sc2 file to Outlook

Has anyone ever done this and received outllib.dll error when trying to access the calendar in outlook after the import. I know this is a total stretch that anyone knows how to resolve this, but I am banking that alot of people here are IT like myself. Technet was no help. Any answers would be appreciated.
