Need another PCIe connector?

I just ordered a 430W power supply (Corsair CX430 V2) for my new build, and I realized that it provides only 1 PCIe connector whereas the Radeon 7870 I want requires two. Will my card work properly without the second connector?

It will work but will not run at its best. You can get a molex to PCI-e power converter. Look like this :

Strange that you didn't get one with your GPU when you bought it though...

Get an adapter (molex to PCIe), it'll be fine unless you have an extremely power hungry CPU
