Here is some of spec's I'm looking at...

-AMD
-I think I will hop on the DDR wagon
-STABILITY
-Probably won't overclock, but I might
-Extra IDE controllers or RAID that can act as extra IDE (I have a lot of ide devices)
-USB 2.0
-Firewire? (If not, then I'll just get a card, but the USB is a must.)
-Onboard LAN would be really really nice, not saying it is a must, but very close
-Don't really need onboard sound or video
-Reasonable price

Anything else is icing, any suggestions?

I only know of two boards that meet your requirements and include onboard LAN. They are the Abit NV7-133R based on the nForce 415-D chipset, and the Gigabyte GA-7VRXP based on the KT333; however, I'm not sure if they let you use the RAID as extra IDE devices. One note on the GA-7VRXP is that a lot of people are having problems with the BIOS (though most of them have been able to get it fixed), but Gigabyte will release a "Rev. 2.0" board in June that will at the very least include CPU overheat protection, and hopefully fix the BIOS problems. The two boards run just a skoche under US $90 and $110 respectively. Two other excellent options are the MSI KT3 Ultra-ARU and the EPoX 8K3A+, both of which run just under $110, but don't have onboard LAN.
