Need analysis - Harddrive about to blowup?

I've noticed that my harddrive has really been slow lately. I ran HD Tach, and this is what I got.


This harddrive is a Maxtor DiamondPlus 7200 30gig. It seems to work fine, except for the huge degradation in speed lately. Any guesses on what is happening to the drive?
