need an upgrade

hey guys need some help, what can i get for 40 us??? maybe some 1gb of extra ram? or should i buy a new graphics card (1950pro pcie, but its 140) i mostly play oblivion, fear, and you know, some photshop (some!), so what should i get, ram, or video card??

You looked under the couch and found some small change ? Ram is really the only option. You could save the cash too though, and wait for a bigger upgrade, coz your videocard REALLY needs upgrading, especially for the games you play!

Even if he saves up and upgrades the CPU and video card, he'll still be held back by the 1 gig of ram. Ram can be used now, and will be needed to make the most of upgrades later.
