Need an SSL proxy solution, any suggestions?

I tried stunnel for Win32 but it's way over my head.. I have to use openssl to create some kind of .pem certificate.. which works fine, but I can't sign it because the signing script is in PERL. I just need a proxy server I can run, so I can connect via https to it, and surf anywhere securely.

Thanks!

Why? All that'll do is slow down the surfing because you'll be encrypting everything. And IIRC stunnel only works for one address/port anyway so you'd need a practically infinite number of stunnel processes.

OK.. so what are my options? I want to connect to a proxy via SSL protocol, and then from the proxy, surf to any site.

I paid $4 to try this for a month: MegaProxy - so far, I like it. I was looking for a server to run on my home machine, but that would've been a bit slow since my DSL at home is only 128Kbps upstream. This web based solution works fine and is inexpensive.
