Need an SSD for Mini-ITX build...

The ~120GB SSDs don't have the same performance as their ~240GB counterparts, and you can get a 240GB SSD for around $100 or so... that's where I would go unless it's for a limited application like a HTPC or something.

Of those listed, I'd take the Intel. Of those listed I have the 128GB HyperX, it's a pretty decent drive, and I have 2 120GB Intel 530's installed in PC's I maintain... I've gotten very good service out of them. I don't like Samsung's RMA process, so I don't normally recommend them.
 
I'd go with the Crucial. Sure it's a few more bucks but it's a solid choice.
