Need an opinion on which is the better of the 3 motherboards.

Money is no object at alll..I wanted to get a pentium 4 3 ghz motherboard..not too concerned on overclocking rather have stability..which is better of the 3..
1.INTEL B875PBZ
2. ABIT IC7-MAX3
3.GIGABYTE GA-8KNXP ALSO IS REVISION 2.0 IS NEWER?
4.ASUS P4C800-E

I WANT STABILITY OPTIONS OVER OVERCLOCKING AND A GOOD MOTHERBOARD ANY OPINION WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKX....

Intel for stability (ran a P4 stably for 8 months w/o hiccups)
Abit for OCability (running a P4, 1800, duron, ALL OCed)> Occasional bsod & hardware lockup

I have only used these two brands. I will not buy any motherboard that is not ABIT.
