Need an opinion on this monitor

I was planning to get a Viewsonic G90fb for my rig. This monitor is about $220 at Newegg which is what my budget is for the monitor.
Any opinions on how good this monitor is? How is the text representation, picture quality and refresh rates on this one?

I just aquired their P95f+ UltraBrite in refurbished form, from Best Options Direct for $172.00 shipped. It's my third refurb from them, and they've all been 19", 'Perfect Flat' aperture grills. All came quickly and work perfectly.
