I am writing on internet shopping... 😀
It is a long story, but I figured out a way to sell my professor on the merits of creative internet bargain hunting as a way to help small law firms meet their tech needs for less.
Anybody know if there are any guides out there so I can get some pointers to pass along (cited, of course)?
If you would like to contribute your own ideas - feel free 🙂
So far -
1) Get an Amex Blue - important for PM and purchase and price protection.
2) Comparison shop whenever possible - mysimon (good for almost everything), pricegrabber (tech products), pricewatch (PC components).
3) Frequent deal sites such as ATHD, FW, techbargains, techdeals, and thedailydeals (let me know if there are other essential sites I am leaving out.)
4) Use coupons whenever possible
5) Master the coupon and PM combo (Staples - prime example)
6) Buy out of state to avoid sales tax.
Any input would be appreciated.
