Need an onboard Serial/COM port where there isn't one

Does anyone know if there is a PCI card out there that will have the 5X2 pin header for an onboard serial connection? I am looking to add an IRA-3 OEM to a HTPC project but the mobo I ended up with due to size condtraints etc (plus great deal pricewise) doesn't have the onboard Serial/COM header. I could just go with the regular version but I really wanted to have eveything inside the case with as few extraneous connections etc. All of the add in Serial port PCI cards I have seen only have the external connection and no internal pin headers.
