Need an external TV tuner for my notebook

I need a way to watch cable TV on my notebook. I dont want to buy a TV. So far, the only external parts I am aware of are the Haupapage USB WinTV and ATI's USB TV Tuner. But neither work very well, or so I have been told.

Is there anything else?

I think you will find the Hauppage is one of the best you can get

What OS are you using on your laptop? I have a Nogatech PCMCIA TV tuner, but there are currently only drivers for Win 95 and 98 operating systems.

All the USB versions are crap, as far as I know, they are not usb 2.0 so the bandwidth makes the video stream unbearable.
