Need an example of a Bill of Sale for an auto

I need to type up a bill of sale for a car, but I'm not sure what to type Does anyone have one typed up that I could just replace names and VINs? I know, weird request, but I want to make sure that I don't leave anything out in the event of legal trouble

Something like the following:

I [owner's name] owner of a 19__ [brand] [model] with a VIN of ____________________ hereby agree that I have sold said vehicle to [buyer's name] for the amount of $__________________.
Signed _____________________________ on this __ day of _________________ 2002

You will want to remember to have it notarized, otherwise it becomes a real PITA. Experience talking there.
