Need an AP / Router that has proxy setting's built in. Or some way of capturing port 80

This is for setting up a Hot Spot, to require the customers to hit a login pg (more of a word-of-the-day/week) on thier initial start page in their browser. But I need to capture port 80.
I would like to find a SOHO router that does this or some other economic solution.

Doing this because of our competitors next door.

Thanks

PC_Freak, try a Linksys WRT54GS with third-party firmware, esp. search for NoCatSplash as a feature.
