NEED AN ANSWER

Hey guys, latly Ive had some bad trouble with my system like bios freazes, windows 2000 crashing into just code, stop errors. Also the CPU is running alot hotter than it used to. What temp should the CPU run at btw?. Anyways I was wondering if this looks like a cpu problem (AKA its about to fail) I have an ATHLON XP 200+ please give input.

How do you know if it's the cpu or if it could be ram or even power supply? You'd need to give more info on PSU rails, memtest86 results etc.
