I need an Android voice recorder app for my Samsung Epic 4G that never stops for anything and is very reliable. If there's an incoming call, it doesn't stop. If I'm on the call, it never stops. It only stops when I press the stop button. It needs to be very reliable and have unlimited recording time. All the apps I've tried are either unreliable (call interrupts the recording, which destroys everything it has recorded up to that point), or it stops during a call and I have to restart it manually and it doesn't record the call.

A huge plus if this thing doesn't show that it's recording in the upper bar.

Bonus points if it encodes to MP3 and can send the file via email.

Extensive notes lite has a pretty good audio recorder built in. I am not sure if it is affected by calls or not but it might be worth looking into

you should try to use this application. interface is nice and easy to use. moreover, it save battary more than other apps. I've tried to use and like it. when recording with other apps, I saw my phone increase the temperature during the recording, but this app (i Recorder) didn't.

features:
+ recording with best quality
+ playing file, can seek any positions.
+ share recording file via bluetooth, mail...
+ set as Phone ringtone/Message ringtone/Alarm ringtone
+ sort by date time/name/duration
+ especially, you can save power of battery more than other app.

Just guessing but I reckon he wants to put this on someone else's phone or his own and lend it to someone then monitor all their phone calls.

Which is immoral and possibly illegal.

Of course there could be a perfectly innocent explanation as well which he'll soon tell us about.

Probably wants to record his pregnant jet fighter pilot gf in another one of her lies.

Ok I can vouch for fuzzybabybunny's frustration. In classes at the university I use my phone to record the lectures and whenever I receive a call it stops recording and I lose a whole lot of lecture. I am presently using the Samsung built in Voice Recorder on my Galaxy Relay. This even happens in silent mode and when ignoring the call. Is there an app which will continue to record in these events? It is very frustrating!
