Need an AGP motherboard for amd x2 4400`

I am kind of stuck. Most motherboards offered are PCI. I have 9800pro and not looking to upgrade for now, since I mostly don't play games. Are there 939 motherboards that have agp and pci-express slots?

Which mobo is the best for my cpu?

I was told Gigabyte GA-K8NS Ultra-939 should suit me,but it's has Nforce3 chip instead of Nforce4. Would that be bad?
Any other options,thoughts?

thanks,so the k8ns ultra seems like a good choice with RAID and stuff, but it has Nforce 3 chip. What's the difference between Nforce3 and 4.What do I loose by getting it?

I also thought there are some sort of adapters pci-agp... I guess not.

THIS may help you with the NF3 v NF4

EDIT: Quick answer is NF4 is PCI-e (express) so by going with the NF4 you won't be able to use your 9800p

It didn't help to see what speed advantages nforce 4 offers. Too much bla blah which I don't really want to know. I was kind of looking for benchmarks.

Are there any reviews of duals cores done on nforce 3 chips? Maybe then I could compare. I haven't found any so far.

there is a board from Chaintech with the ULI chipset 1689 socket 939 with AGP, the ULI chipset was hot in the last Computek....
