Solved! need an advanced duplicate file finder.

something that has options like only search thru files over one gigabyte. videos only. automated delete options.

if its available natively in windows 10 I have not discovered it. I tried using the duplicate file finder in ACDSee but its slow and clunky.

I've tried a lot of them. The most useful I have found is Auslogics Duplicate File Finder.

It will also find duplicates with different filenames.

On a related note what would be the best way to find/delete duplicate files on a SD card? I have a 128GB SD card in my phone with several duplicate mp3 files. Is it best to do within android or remove the card and use a PC? Should it card be defragged afterwards?
