My computer had been destroyed by W32.Whiter.Trojan payload and I am trying to gather up my important files. The info in this virus is here. The data was destroyed when the computer went through the shut down routine and since it only took a few second to destroy it, I'm almost positive that most of them haven't been overwritten since it is physically impossible to overwrite all the data in such a short time.
I have tried EasyRecovery Professional to no success. It was able to make the files visible, but whatevers displaced with 33bytes of 0's or the phrase are not fixed.
What else could I use to fix these files?
