I made a deal on another forum (GP32X.com if you must know) to purchase a handheld gaming device (that you've probably never heard of... but anyways). Long story short, it got lost in the mail, according to the seller. He was supposedly working with USPS to get a claim started. He would never give me a tracking number, and eventually stopped responding to my emails. I made a paypal claim, and they found in my favor. So far they recovered $34, which was probably all that he had in his account. The purchase price was $165, so he still owes me a lot. Any advise on what else I can do? Paypal says they are "working with the seller to recover the funds" which doesn't make me feel any better.
I have his email, and according to ebay he has 183 feedback that is 99.5% positive. Ebay won't give me the userID though. Any ideas as to what else I should do?
